• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving application-related issues reported by end-users.
• Support project delivery in all aspects of SDLC, including system analysis, system design, development, quality assurance, UAT, maintenance, and ongoing support.
• Prepare project documentation including Business Analysis Report, Business Process Flow, Functional Specification and Change Management report.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, updates, and patches to ensure the stability and security of applications.
• Creating and maintaining documentation related to application configurations, issue resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Implementing monitoring solutions to track application performance, generating reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Communicating with third-party vendors for issue resolution, updates, and escalations. （MS O365, Atlassian and etc).
• Providing training and mentorship to junior support staff, contributing to skill development within the team.
• Staying abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the team.
• Able to backup other Cloud team member daily task.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business information system or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience supporting production application & technology.
• Familiar with Data Management, Business Processes, Workflow Automation, Process Optimization etc.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 integration is a plus.
• Familiarity with Atlassian product (JIRA, JSM, Confluence) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Understand and be able to operate scripting, for example: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.
