Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation

  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with clients to comprehend their insurance needs, risk profiles, and financial goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ circumstances to recommend suitable insurance solutions, encompassing both Life and Non-life coverage.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of various Life /Non-life insurance products offered by the brokerage.
  • Articulate complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner, presenting benefits, coverage limits, and terms to clients.

Customized Solutions

  • Tailor insurance plans to align with clients’ financial situations, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives.
  • Analyze available insurance options and provide recommendations that best safeguard clients’ interests.

Market Research

  • Stay updated with the dynamic insurance landscape in the UAE, including regulatory changes, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize this knowledge to provide clients with up-to-date insights and advice.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients by offering exceptional service, promptly addressing inquiries, and proactively following up on policy renewals and claims.

Sales Targets and Performance

  • Strive to achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the brokerage.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of Life /Non-life insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
